Shipping

  • All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail (First Class for > 1lb) within 3-5 days of purchase.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with included tracking information.

  • Shipping insurance IS included automatically for any orders UNDER $50; if you would like to include insurance for any orders OVER $50, be sure to do so at the time of checkout.

    • Select “USPS Priority Shipping (WITH insurance for orders over $50)

    • This is an additional $5 for your entire order.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: AUS & CA shipping options are currently available on the site, but for any other countries, please contact us directly via email: admin@laviebotanique.shop so that we may work with you to arrange shipping options.

Return Policy

Due to all products being handmade, items purchased are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. However, should you have any issues with your order or product, please contact us directly via e-mail so that we may resolve this with you.
